This Nordic Walking for Balance & Mobility session is private introductory lesson with instructor, Litza. This will be delivered over a 1 x 1-hour session consisting of an initial private assessment and lesson.

• This initial assessment lesson costs $130 full price or $120 concession if you are an aged pension, health care or disability card holder. 
  
• Once you have purchased this course, you will receive an email with information about what to wear and bring on the day. Please ensure to fill out our Health Questionnaire before your lesson.
