During your Technique Review and Correction lesson, Nicky will analyse your style and highlight what you are doing well and what needs to change to for you to really get the most out of Nordic Walking, in consider of your health and mobility. 

Nicky has confirmed the date, time and location for your lesson as:

• Wednesday 13th August at 11.45am at Mawson Oval

• 1 x 1 hr lesson: Full Price $110 per person, Concession $99 per person
• Concession rate applies if you are an Aged Pension, Health Care card or Disability card holder, or if you are a student.
