Course for Couples/Mates (BnM)

This Nordic Walking for Balance & Mobility course is for two (2) people only who want to learn to Nordic Walk together (partners/friends/family etc.). This course is delivered over 2 x 1-hour sessions.

Dates, Times & Locations MUST be arranged with Capital Nordic Walking prior to your purchase of this course.

• This course costs $220 per person or $198 per person if you are a Health Care card or Disability card holder, or if you are a student.
• This course is for two (2) people only.
• Once you have arranged dates, times and locations with your instructor and paid for your course, you will receive an email with information about what to wear and bring, and a link to a Participant Activity Readiness Questionnaire. The Questionnaire MUST be completed prior to the first lesson of your course.
