Private Follow-up Lessons

This course is for graduates of the Balance & Mobility Private Assessment & Lesson 1 ONLY. This lesson you will follow on from your initial assessment & lesson and teach you the next skills and techniques to get the most out of Nordic Walking.

Date, time, and location MUST be arranged with Capital Nordic Walking PRIOR to your purchase of this lesson.

• 1 x 1hr lesson: Full Price $110, Concession: $99 per person if you are a Health Care card or Disability card holder, or if you are a student.
• This course is for one (1) person only.
• Once you have arranged a date, time and location with your instructor and paid for your course, you will receive an email with information about what to wear and bring, and a link to a Participant Activity Readiness Questionnaire. The Questionnaire MUST be completed prior to the first lesson of your course.
