This Nordic Walking for Balance & Mobility session is private follow up lesson with instructor, Litza. This will be delivered over a 1 x 1-hour session on Tuesday the 16th of April.

• This initial assessment lesson costs $110 full price or $99 concession if you are an aged pension, health care or disability card holder. 
  
• Once you have purchased this course, you will receive an email with information about what to wear and bring on the day. Please note, you do not need to fill out a secondary copy of our Health Questionnaire.
